1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Quran Kareem — Mushaf Al‑Madinah (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The Qur’anic text

The app presents the Mushaf Al‑Madinah as printed. We take great care with its accuracy and integrity. If you ever find an error in the text, please report it to contact@al-quran-al-kareem.com so it can be corrected. The app is a reading and study aid; it does not replace scholarly guidance.

3. Licence

You are granted a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse‑engineer the app, or extract its assets for redistribution.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

The app is free to read. Optional Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime purchases unlock additional reciters, tafsīr, translations and offline packs. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed in your Apple Account settings. Original lifetime‑purchase owners keep premium access for life and can restore it through the App Store. All payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service.

5. Content from third parties

Recitations, translations, tafsīr and grammar data are provided by their respective rights holders and are used within the app for personal study.

6. Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

Features may be added, changed or removed as the app develops. We aim to keep the app working on currently supported versions of iOS but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
